Shake the bottle to ensure the pigment is fully mixed.Apply base coat and cure 2 minutes by UV Lamp, 30 sec by LEDApply a base color. White, light nude and pink are bases for the nail art inks.Cure it for 2 minutes by UV Lamp, 30 sec by LED. Repeat.Apply Velvet Matte top coat and cure.Apply the nail art ink on the matte surface.Use a nail art brushes (petal brush, flat brush or any other brush) to create the desired design. Alcohol or acetone will work ly.Leave the design to air dry for about 60 sec.Apply top coat and cure.
