Step 1 — Exfoliate (before shampooing):

On wet hair, use the Scalp Therapy Exfoliator & Massager to gently massage the scalp in circular motions for 60–90 seconds. This loosens buildup and stimulates circulation before cleansing.

Step 2 — Shampoo (3–5x per week):

Apply the Triple Action Shampoo to wet hair and scalp. Massage in for 1–2 minutes, then allow to sit for 3–4 minutes before rinsing thoroughly.

Step 3 — Condition (after every shampoo):

Apply a small amount of Triple Action Conditioner to the scalp and hair. Massage in for 60 seconds, then rinse thoroughly.
