HOW TO USEApply the base coat and desired color base. Cure for 1 min between layers.Apply one coat of Velvet Matte Top Coat and cure for 1 min.Use the Gel Application Brush to apply the pigment powders if you want to create small detailed designs. For a more controlled application we recommend using a small sponge or eye-shadow applicator.Optional - for more color intensity apply a second layer of Velvet Matte Top Coat and reply the powder.Apply Top Coat, make sure to cap the edge and cure for 1 min.
