Please note we make no medical claims. Heat packs should only be given with parental supervision in children. 

For Heat - Place your heat pack in the microwave for 2 minutes, if not warm enough repeat in 30-second intervals until the desired temperature is reached.

For Cold - Place in a zip lock bag and pop in the zer until cold.
