I've used organic Shea Butter, Mango Butter and Coconut Oil as a base. I've added non-nano organic zinc oxide powder (won't get into your pores or bloodstream) for a natural protection. I've personally tested this blend in 104-degree weather with no shade. It lasted about 3 hours and then I reapplied-all while being in the pool! Not a sunburn to be seen on me, my husband, my kids or my friends! Yay!!!! And it smells ! The 2 oz squeeze will be squeezable in hot weather and is i for putting in your beach or pool bag. After application, you can take a dip as this blend repels water too. You will have to reapply after several dips in the pool when the water no longer beads off of your skin.
