Simply fill tub with warm water and scoop approx 1/4 packet of luxe magnesium soak. Suitable for children and the elderly.

For results, soak for no less than 20 minutes. One cup of magnesium chloride contains approximately 15g of elemental magnesium. Each bag will give you approx 3-5 baths depending on usage.
