The sunny warm weather and an ice cold glass of my Boozy Blueberry Lemonade just makes sense.
You know what also just makes sense is serving this Boozy Blueberry Lemonade as a Mother’s Day celebration cocktail! It’s refreshing, light and beautiful to look at. What makes this cocktail even better is the fact that you can make it as a large batch ahead of time. Just add the seltzer when it’s time to serve and you’re good to go!
Ingredients:
- Vodka
- Simply Blueberry Lemonade
- Plain seltzer water
- Ice
- Lemon
- Blueberries
Directions:
- Select the glasses you’ll be serving the cocktails in and add ice to them. Toss as few or as many blueberries as you like into each glass.
- Using a shot glass add 1-2 shots of vodka to each glass. Pour about 4 oz. of blueberry lemonade and 2 oz. of seltzer water into each glass. Give each glass a little stir.
- Garnish the glasses with a slice of lemon and now they’re ready to serve

Boozy Blueberry Lemonade Large + Travel Batch
This is perfect if you’re having a party or if you need to bring it to a party!
- Figure out how many drinks you need to make and select a jar or container big enough to accommodate the amount.
- Pour desired amount of vodka and blueberry lemonade into jar and attach lid. Give the jar a good shake. You don’t want to add the seltzer water ahead of time because it’ll become flat.
- Pack seltzer water and slices of lemons and handfuls of blueberries for garnish.
- All set!
