Included in the 17-piece kit are (12) 1/4 In
dowel pins, (1) 1/4 in
brad point drill bit, (1) 1/4 In
drill stop collar, (2) 1/4 In
dowel centers and (1) hex key
The dowel pins are straight-grained hardwood with chamfered ends for easy installation
They are also grooved to accommodate excess glue during insertion
The fluted dowel pins swell on contact with water-based glue for an extra-tight fit
The doweling kit works with General Tools #840 and #841 doweling jigs
